2. Scope
These terms apply to every visit to and use of this website and the information it provides. Separate terms and agreements may apply to proposals, pilots, deliveries, implementations, training, and other services. If there is a conflict, the written proposal or agreement takes precedence.
3. Website information
We prepare the content with care and seek to keep it current and accurate. The information is general and does not constitute a proposal, warranty, certification, operational advice, or confirmation of a partnership. Images, configurations, features, schedules, and results may be examples or concepts and may differ in practice.
4. Proposals and agreements
An inquiry through the website does not require either party to enter into an agreement. An agreement is formed only when Next Mission Systems has confirmed an offer in writing and it has been accepted in the manner stated in that offer. Obvious typographical, calculation, and publication errors are not binding on us.
The customer is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information needed to prepare a proposal or perform work. Scope, schedule, pricing, payment, delivery, acceptance, and responsibilities are specified in each proposal or agreement.
5. Simulation, demonstration, and educational use
The Mission Lab concepts shown are intended for learning, demonstration, and training environments. They do not replace legally required training, certifications, operational procedures, or professional advice. Specific applications, safety measures, supervision, and authority are determined for each program and agreement.
Users must comply with applicable laws, site rules, safety instructions, and directions from authorized supervisors. Systems and simulations may not be used for unlawful, dangerous, or unauthorized activities.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the website and its text, designs, images, videos, logos, trade names, software, and other content belong to Next Mission Systems or its licensors. You may view the website and download or print information for personal or internal business use. Publication, reproduction, modification, sale, or other commercial use is permitted only with prior written consent or as allowed by law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that could damage or disrupt the website, infrastructure, or other visitors. You may not bypass security measures, seek unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, make excessive automated requests, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
8. External links
The website may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for information only. Next Mission Systems does not control these external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website and its content. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruptions, errors, or harmful components. Planned products, services, and features may be changed or may not be released.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Next Mission Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss resulting from decisions based solely on general information on this website. Liability relating to a separate agreement is governed exclusively by that agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness by company management. Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Confidential and sensitive information
Do not send classified, operationally sensitive, security-critical, or other confidential information through the website. Using the contact form does not create a confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality applies only when separately agreed in writing or required by law.
12. Privacy
Our privacy statement explains how we process personal data and which cookies and local storage the website uses.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and use of the website are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam unless mandatory law designates another competent court. We will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith consultation.
14. Changes and severability
We may amend these terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page and does not amend an existing written agreement without the parties’ consent. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
