What data is processed?
When you submit a contact request, we process your name, organization, job title, business email address, optional phone number, area of interest, and message.
Transmission and storage
Contact details are transmitted through a server-side connection to Microsoft Exchange Web Services. The received email and the copy in the sending mailbox’s Sent Items folder form the durable record of the request. The contact endpoint does not store the request in Supabase or another application database.
Abuse prevention
To limit abuse and duplicate submissions, the application temporarily stores a non-reversible technical fingerprint and submission reference in server memory. The contact code does not store or log the IP address. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain their own access logs.
Purpose and retention period
The data is used solely to handle the business request. A final retention period and privacy contact will be established before publication.
No sensitive information
Do not send classified, operationally sensitive, or confidential information through the website.
Your rights
Final instructions for access, correction, and deletion will be added once the responsible legal entity and privacy contact have been confirmed.
